Adslify Agency sells digital education (online course access, materials, and related bonuses). This page explains how we handle purchases in plain language.
Why digital products are different
Unlike physical goods, digital courses cannot be “returned” in a way that removes your ability to keep copies. Industry practice for digital goods is to limit refunds after delivery to reduce abuse and protect intellectual property.
If something went wrong
- Payment succeeded but you did not receive access: email adslifyagency@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. We will help verify payment and resend access.
- Duplicate charge or clear payment error: contact us with proof; we will review and correct genuine billing mistakes.
No guarantee of refunds
Not liking the course, change of mind, or expectations about ad platform results does not automatically qualify for a refund after you have received access. Nothing on this page overrides mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under Indian law—if you believe those apply, write to us and we will respond in good faith.
